Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?

Our MOQ is product-specific and determined by the factory's production run. We will negotiate the lowest possible MOQ on your behalf, often lower than direct factory quotes, to fit your budget.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the products?

We guarantee quality through mandatory multi-stage inspections. This includes in-production checks and a final AQL-standard Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). Goods are not shipped until they pass your strict QC requirements.

Q: What are the typical payment terms for the factory and for your service fee?

Factory terms are typically 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance paid after final QC inspection (before shipping). Our service fee is billed separately, often 50% upfront and 50% upon order completion (only for based on order total value percentage)
